Costs and Practical Matters

There is a small participation fee to cover the costs of lunches and the dinner. You will find the amount when registering.

Delegates are expected to find funding for their travel and accommodation expenses by themselves. Delegates in the EU can apply for Erasmus grants at the International Office of their home university.
