Costs and Practical Matters

There is a participation fee of EUR 200,-- to cover the costs of lunches, coffee breaks and the international dinner. 

Delegates are expected to find funding for their travel and accommodation expenses by themselves. Delegates in the EU can apply for Erasmus grants at the International Office of their home university.
