International Week
We want to learn from you! Do you have experience in one of the topics listed above? Is there a project or good practice on
- skills (future skills, skill for the labour market, societal skills, soft & hard skills) and/or
- excellence programmes, innovative international cooperations and partnerships
that you would like to share with us? Are there any discussion topics you would like to receive feedback on, or maybe an interactive format you would like to conduct? If you are interested in being actively involved in our International Week, please send us your suggestion by filling in this online form by 30 May 2025 at the latest.
Submission Formats
Duration & Brief Format Description
20 minutes in total: 10 minutes presentation of your best-practice example, project, experience, research study, idea + 10 minutes discussion / questions from participants.
Your contribution:
You prepare a short presentation (max. 10 minutes) with a concrete core message. This core message can be either a distinct data-supported experience, a best-practice example, a project, an idea, or a theoretical model.
Format procedure:
The lighting talks have informative character and they are held one after the other. Every 10-minute input is followed by a 10-minute time slot solely dedicated to questions of understanding.
Duration & Brief Format Decription
45 or 90 minutes in total: brief introduction followed by an interactive assignment / exchange / workshop with active involvement of the whole target audience.
Your contribution:
You develop a participant-oriented interactive format that pursues a clear learning goal. One interactive format covers 45 or 90 minutes and is designed for a group size of 70–80 persons.
Format procedure:
Following a short impulse from the head of the interactive format, the participants work on certain predefined questions based on their prior experiences, resources, and competencies. In the end, there is a short reflection of the learning/discussion results of the participants.
Submission procedure
Please hand in your contribution by submitting the Call for Contributions form by 30 May 2025 at the latest.
The selection of contributions will be assessed by the programme committee of the International Week based on the following criteria: scientific thoroughness (theory- and/or evidence-based), innovative character, relevance for the community.
The committee will decide until 15 June 2025 whether to accept your contribution and provide information on the further proceedings.
